Active ingredients per tablet:
potassium 300mg (15%*), calcium 120mg (15%*), sodium 98mg, magnesium 56,25mg (15%*), niacin 6mg (38%*), pantothenic acid 2mg (33%*), zinc 1,5mg (15%*), riboflavin 1,07mg (76%*), vitamin B6 0,67mg (48%*), vitamin B12 0,75μg (30%*).

Adults:
Take 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water, preferably before a meal, as a food supplement.
