Each tablet provides:
 zinc 15mg (150% D.R.I.*), vitamin C 500mg (625% D.R.I.*)

DIRECTIONS OF USE

Adults:
 Take 1 effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water, preferably before a meal, as a food supplement.

Free from
Sugar, gluten, lactose, preservatives.
